What Eligibite is

Eligibite is an independent informational shopping aid that estimates whether a grocery item is likely SNAP/EBT eligible. It is not affiliated with the USDA, FNS, the SNAP program, or any government agency, and it is not financial, legal, or benefits advice.

Estimates, not a guarantee

Results are estimates based on federal and state rules and the product data available to us. They are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The retailer’s point-of-sale system determines what is actually accepted at checkout.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eligibite and its makers are not liable for any loss, denied purchase, or other outcome arising from your use of the app. Always confirm eligibility at the register.

Acceptable use

Use Eligibite for personal, lawful shopping purposes. Don’t attempt to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its data providers.

Advertising

The app is supported by ads. Ads are never shown on the result screen, and we don’t endorse advertised products.

Changes, law, and contact
